Rachael and Tom | Gretna Green and Kielder Wedding

A Gretna Green and Kielder Wedding

Rachael and Tom’s original date of April 1st 2020 for their Gretna ceremony and Keilder wedding reception was postponed last minute due to the first lockdown. This felt harsh as they got so close but luckily they managed to squeeze their day in between lockdowns in October and it was a wonderful day.

Rachael and Tom had always planned an elopement-style wedding so the pandemic didn’t change anything about their plans except the date… Oh and the wearing of facemasks during the ceremony. They had an intimate ceremony at Gretna Green and then headed to Keilder for a small celebration with their nearest and dearest.

I am once again taking part in a blog circle with other female photographers from around the globe. Click around the circle to see some inspiring work… Next up is Hali Tomczak a  Family photographer in Oneonta NY who has written a great post about the best time of year for a photo session.

What a beautiful wedding!

Your weddings are always so beautiful!

These are gorgeous! And after hearing about Gretna Green in novels and period drama, it was so lovely seeing a modern day wedding there.

These are stunning and heartfelt at the same time. 🙂

What gorgeous images, I’m sure this beautiful couple fell in love with them all!

Ah they did thank you Jillian
